Comments:
One of my most successful racers; much of it down to
the driving and preparation of Neil Holmes and the navigation
of Jim Cox. In 1989 she took the 4 litre World, European,
National and UKOBA Championships and notched up 15 Class
wins. In 1990, by substituting 2.4 litre EFI power heads
on her Mercury outboards she also took the Class 2 World
Championship and set the World Class record at 115.13 mph.
This must be a unique achievement. She had covered more
than
4000 miles of racing and went on to cover many more racing
in the Middle East.
